Trust in the Lord

We were never meant to be our own caretaker or provider.  A loving God created us, and that same God wants to be THE Source of our lives.  The greatness of Who He is to us is best received and realized when we make Him our one and only source.

Proverbs 3:5 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.

Trust in the Lord with all of your heart, or put the whole of your weight upon Him.  He loves it when His children don't hold back on trusting HIm.  He loves it when we don't have plan b and plan c to fall back on.  He loves it when we conscientiously trust Him in everything and for everything in our lives!  The whole of our weight upon Him!  He loves it when we trust His Word!  It pleases Him, the Bible says.

"Basically the church has only one message: In all things our Heavenly Father can be trusted to honor His Word. How the father nature of God must long for man to return to the security and simple faith of pure fellowship with Him, taking His Word as fact that can be fully trusted. His promises are each a revelation of what God is eager to do for us."  (Excerpts from Christ the Healer, F.F. Bosworth)
